Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Landscape Technician certification within six months of employment.

• Collaborative and effective communication with crew and account managers.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape maintenance teams for efficient operations and high-quality results.
• Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans meeting client specs and aesthetics.
• Coordinate scheduling of projects to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and provide guidance to team members.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; order materials as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape conditions and identify improvements.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety.
• Oversee quality control across projects.
