Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement in Rocklin, CA. You will oversee a crew of 2+ members, leading hands-on landscape installation and maintenance, including soil, planting, watering, and insect control to meet client standards and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include safety-first supervision, scheduling, and on-site guidance. CDL with a good record is required; expect to train and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years landscape install experience and 1 year supervising a crew.
CDL with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Able to read architectural drawings and operate site equipment.
Strong leadership and ability to train crew while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
Inspect sites and ensure client standards with operational efficiencies.
Drive and maintain vehicles; manage crew schedules and review reports.
