Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement in Connecticut to oversee landscape installation and maintenance for a crew of 2+ team members, providing hands-on leadership in soil, planting, watering, and insect control while ensuring client standards and improving efficiencies. You will conduct site inspections, guide crew operations, and help drive safety, scheduling, and reports.

CDL and prior supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience managing a two-person crew.
• CDL with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.

Skills

2+ years landscape install experience

1+ year supervisory experience

CDL (Commercial Driver's License)

Read architectural drawings

Strong leadership skills

Able to lift 40 lbs

Outdoor work in varied weather

Reliable transportation
