    • Vision & Budget Alignment: Walk clients through their vision, budget parameters, and site dynamics during initial consultations.
    • Ongoing Client Communication: Maintain regular weekly touchpoints to keep clients informed on design queue statuses and revision timelines.
  • Landscape Architecture & Design
    • Schematic & Concept Development: Draft schematic landscape and hardscape concepts in collaboration with team leadership.
    • Comprehensive Plan Creation: Deliver complete design packages, including boundary and structure scale drawings, hardscape layouts (patios, walkways, retaining walls), detailed planting plans (with plant varieties, quantities, and keys), and utility layouts (drainage, irrigation, and lighting).
    • Revision Management: Lead initial design presentations and manage client feedback through structured revision phases (one major revision and two minor revisions).
  • Estimation & Build Handoff
