Job Description

• Take initial installation meetings with clients to understand style, scope, and material selection.
• Correspond with client throughout pre-sale process to establish design and budget.
• Assemble bid package for client.

Design

• Create 2D and 3D landscape designs to scale for residential and small commercial work. Design work done with SketchUp, V-ray, and Layout.
• Create beautifully drawn designs while conveying important construction notes for our crews.
• Stay in communication with clients and project manager on design details.

Base Pay: $45K-50K

Plus commission: $10K-15K.

Qualifications

• Landscape Architecture degree and/or 2 years experience in design.
• Proficiency with SketchUp, V-ray, and Layout.
• Familiarity with bidding projects.
• Ability to work in the field (i.e., lift over 80 lbs frequently, dig holes, and move wheelbarrows).
