Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to directly supervise a landscape crew on job sites, ensure safety and efficiency, and deliver projects on time. You will train crew members, plan and direct work, manage materials and equipment, and address customer issues under the Operations Manager.

The role requires at least two years of landscape maintenance experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid CDL with medical card.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current State Technician and/or Applicator license preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems.
• General knowledge of horticultural and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on the job site ensuring safety, efficiency and timely delivery of quality work.
• Plan, assign and direct work; manage materials and equipment; resolve customer issues.
• Develop and train crew members; schedule work with management; ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
