Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, pruning and planting on assigned properties. You will help in landscape maintenance and project completion with safety and efficiency in mind.

The role requires ability to read plans, work with supervision, and maintain high quality work under varying weather conditions. State licenses and drug background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to work safely alone with quality results.
• Able to teach and train new laborers.
• Able to follow plans shown on a property map.
• Dependable with punctual hours; hours vary by weather/season.
• Organized, hardworking, safety conscious, punctual; customer service oriented.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Accountable; follows directions and attendance.
• Solutions-oriented; applies feedback to improve.

Responsibilities

• Run and operate landscape equipment as needed.
• Perform landscape maintenance including weed control and fertilization.
• Assist in loading/unloading tools and supplies on the truck.
• Follow safety policies and maintenance programs for equipment.
• Keep job sites, vehicles, and warehouses clean and organized.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently; ensure quality work.
• Participate in training programs as required.
