Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or related field.
• Proven experience leading construction crews and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities and field operations.
• Lead and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work remains on schedule.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and construction challenges.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and company leadership.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Track labor, materials, equipment, and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Participate in project scheduling, planning, and coordination meetings.
• Assist with project closeout and ensure work is completed according to client expectations.
