Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Landscape Superintendent to lead a field crew on high-profile commercial properties in Bradenton, FL. You will plan, schedule, and supervise installation tasks, ensure contract specs, budgets, and client expectations are met, and coordinate with Account Managers and branch staff.

Ideal candidates combine ownership of responsibilities with a client‑service mindset, can read landscape plans, operate Bobcat or mini excavator, maintain safety, and communicate

Qualifications

• Experience leading a landscape installation crew.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans.
• Must be able to operate Bobcat and mini excavator.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement field crew tasks to meet contract specs, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise landscape installation/construction activities ensuring quality and safety.
• Assist Account Manager by suggesting additional landscape services.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Interact with Yellowstone Landscape clients through verbal and written communications.
• Monitor landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.
