Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor (Landscape Operations) to back Crew Leaders and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects across commercial and institutional sites in Florida.

You will coordinate equipment, materials, and schedules, train crews, perform site inspections, and liaise with project managers to meet client expectations. A journeyman background in landscape services and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a journeyman in one or more landscape sub-categories listed
• Able to read/write; fluent English
• Clean driver’s license; pass drug test and background check
• Able to operate a smart phone, send emails, take photos

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in all aspects of operations and job fulfillment
• Supervise Crew Leaders to meet projected man hour and material budgets
• Assist with dispatching and ensure crews are equipped and fueled
• Organize, pickup and deliver materials to Crew Leaders as needed
• Train Crew Leaders in safety policies and task performance
• Represent East Coast Facilities professionally to clients and maintain constructive client relations
