Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities and field operations.

• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work remains on schedule.

The Construction Manager / Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day jobsite activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating materials and equipment, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from mobilization through completion.
