Mariani Enterprises LLC, parent company of Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape, is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale residential projects in the Rocky Mountain region. You will oversee estimation through completion, coordinating design teams, field crews, and subcontractors to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape is a leading landscaping company serving the picturesque region of the Rocky Mountains. As the Landscape Construction Project Manager at Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the successful execution of landscape projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and construction crews to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in project management and landscaping will be crucial in transforming outdoor spaces and creating captivating landscapes that harmonize with the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountain region.
Minimum of five years of relevant project management experience in landscape, site, or construction environments. Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs, and project management tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex construction concepts to stakeholders. Ambitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape profession.

Position Range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus commission structure
