Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA) with 5–10 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• LEED AP certification preferred.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Project management training preferred.
• Experience in site design including grading, hardscape, planting, construction documentation, streetscapes, parks and recreation, revitalization, and corridor studies.
• Strong planning, programming and design principles and methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and client relationship management.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office; Civil 3D is a plus.
• Marketing skills including preparing client proposals with scope, qualifications and quotes.
