RIMEPRO INC in Raleigh, NC seeks a Landscape Architect/Project Manager to lead planning and design from master planning through detailed design, while serving as project manager and hands-on contributor.

You will mentor junior staff, help grow the business, and represent projects through public review and entitlement processes. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
• Registered Landscape Architect.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including planning and design of communities, parks, and streetscapes.
• Experience leading projects through design review, entitlement, or similar public approval processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Design Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from master planning through detailed design as project manager and contributor.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior and mid-level staff.
• Drive business development: networking, proposal prep, interviews, and fee negotiation.
• Prepare and review deliverables including reports, cost estimates, renderings, plans, and specs.
• Lead presentations in public and private settings, including design review and entitlement processes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Participate in committees and special projects as needed.

Key responsibilities -

Qualifications -

• 5-8 years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect, including planning and design of communities, parks, and streetscapes
• Registered Landscape Architect
• Experience leading projects through design review, entitlement, or similar public approval processes
• Land and site planning design experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities independently
• Track record of mentoring junior staff and working well as part of a team

Requirements -

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Design Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license required
• Willing and able to travel, including on short notice
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail

Compensation and benefits -

• $110K-$120K base, plus performance bonuses
