RIMEPRO INC in North Carolina is seeking a Landscape Architect/Project Manager to lead planning and design from master planning through detailed design. You will serve as both project manager and hands-on contributor, mentor junior staff, and help grow the business while representing projects through public review and approval processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect, including planning and design of communities, parks, and streetscapes.
• Registered Landscape Architect.
• Experience leading projects through design review, entitlement, or similar public approval processes. Land and site planning design experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Track record of mentoring junior staff and working well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from master planning through detailed design as both project manager and contributor.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior and mid-level staff.
• Drive business development: networking, proposal prep, interviews, and fee negotiation.
• Prepare and review deliverables including reports, cost estimates, renderings, plans, and specs.
• Lead presentations in public and private settings, including design review and entitlement processes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Participate in committees and special projects as needed.
