Job summary

Summit Design and Engineering Services, Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a licensed Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction, including parks, campuses, streetscapes, and mixed-use developments.

You will manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and client relations while mentoring staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture, PLA in good standing (NC preferred), 6+ years’ experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• PLA licensure in good standing is preferred in NC.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with strong PM capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning and design efforts for diverse projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client coordination.
• Prepare conceptual and detailed plans, construction documents, and permitting packages.
• Oversee entitlement processes including rezonings and site plan approvals.
• Ensure QA/QC standards and high-quality designs.
• Serve as primary client contact and foster relationships.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor project team members and support business development.
