RIMEPRO INC in North Carolina is seeking a Landscape Architect/Project Manager to lead planning and design from master planning through detailed design. • 5–8 years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect, including planning and design of communities, parks, and streetscapes.
• Registered Landscape Architect.
• Experience leading projects through design review, entitlement, or similar public approval processes. Land and site planning design experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Track record of mentoring junior staff and working well as part of a team.

Summary

Qualifications -

Requirements -

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Design Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license required
• Willing and able to travel, including on short notice
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail

Compensation and benefits -

• $110K–$120K base, plus performance bonuses
