Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design vision and execution.
• Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident communicator with solid presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of landscape projects from concept through construction.
• Manage client relationships as main point of contact.
• Mentor and support team members at all levels.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and consultants on integrated projects.
• Navigate zoning, permitting, and agency requirements.
• Contribute to business development and studio planning.
