You will drive project delivery, establish robust surveying standards, and foster strong client relationships to support growth and exceptional service delivery in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• PLS license in Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Geomatics/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of land surveying experience with leadership/management.
• Experience overseeing projects, teams, and priorities in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Professional Land Surveyors across multiple office locations.
• Oversee project execution, workload management, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for survey projects, deliverables, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain surveying standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor and support the professional development of survey personnel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Partner with company leadership to drive operational excellence, pursue growth opportunities, and expand surveying services.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and client feedback to ensure delivery.
