Qualifications

• Indiana Professional Land Surveyor in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience on infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or equivalent.
• Experience with INDOT projects and coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveying operations and manage project teams in Indianapolis.
• Identify, recruit, and train field and office survey staff.
