The role requires a licensed surveyor and strong business development skills, with familiarity in AutoCAD C3D, MicroStation ORD, and Trimble tools. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional surveyor is required (PLS/RLS/LS).
• Ability to develop business and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient with CAD tools and surveying technology.
• Experience with project budgeting and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews proposals with clients and staff to allocate resources.
• Assigns work and uses CAD platforms to meet client deliverables.
• Ensures quality and completeness of project work per policy and standards.
• Manages hiring, performance reviews, salary recommendations, and staff development.
• Oversees budgeting, equipment planning, and financial reconciliation.
• Participates in business development and client networking.
