Qualifications

• Strong expertise in land surveying: boundary, topo, and construction surveys.
• Proficiency with Topographic and Building Surveying to support design and planning projects.
• Hands-on experience with Total Station and modern surveying instruments and data collection tools.
• Maryland PLS license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys (boundary, topographic, construction) on site in Westminster, MD.
• Collect, verify, and analyze site data; prepare plats and reports.
• Review deeds/records and coordinate with engineering and planning teams.
• Oversee field crews, ensure safety and quality; communicate findings to project managers and clients.
• Assist with project scheduling and maintain accurate field records.
