Precision Measurements, Inc. seeks a Survey Project Manager to lead project teams of land surveyors, field coordinators, and CAD technicians. You will oversee day-to-day operations including proposals, workload distribution, and invoicing, while performing duties of a land surveyor.

Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential. You will prepare proposals, review contracts for profitability, and ensure project schedules and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising land survey teams and managing projects.
• Ability to prepare proposals, review contracts, and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and timely communications with internal and external project teams.
• Provide leadership to staff and project team members; set performance standards and give feedback.
• Contribute to financial growth through cost-effective project operations.
• Allocate manpower and resources to complete work on time, within budget, and with quality control.
• Develop staff capabilities through training and development programs.
• Prepare proposals and review contracts for signature to management; ensure profitability.
• Ensure plans, reports and work products are signed and compliant with policy.
