Job summary

Kier + Wright in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager (Land Development) to lead and manage assigned projects from concept to construction, overseeing client relations, team performance, and quality control. You will coordinate across disciplines, agencies, and stakeholders, while guiding budgets, schedules, and risk management to deliver compliant, on-time results.

Mentoring junior staff and supporting pursuit efforts are also part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years land development experience with a PE license.
• 8+ years land development experience without a PE license.
• Additional certifications a plus (QSP/QSD, PMP).
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for land development projects.
• Coordinate across disciplines, agencies, and clients.
• Prepare civil plans and exhibits from concept to construction documents.
• Manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and risk.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
