Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of land development experience.
• EIT or exam in progress preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries out tasks assigned by the Project Lead and engineering team.
• Develops working drawings for civil design plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D (grading, drainage, utility, stormwater management and street frontage improvements) from sketches.
• Uses engineering judgment to perform duties and knows when to ask questions, seek assistance or perform independent research.
• Manages personal time allotted to various tasks to meet project obligations (budget, quality, schedule).
• Provide accurate design of on-site and off-site improvements for planning and construction ready to build.
• Interacts with peers, clients, and sub-consultants.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

0-5 years of land development experience

Engineering in training (EIT) or scheduled to sit for exam
