• Documents patient information aligning nursing assessment with pathophysiology and treatment.
• Coordinates care for patients with complex needs to ensure safety and quality.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care planning and quality initiatives.
• Supports national safety goals and quality metrics.
• Contributes to unit orientation and ongoing staff education.
• Participates in department goals, policies, and audits.
