Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst eLIMS CoE, QC Operations to own complex master data configuration in LabVantage, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with cgmp/gxp requirements across sites.

The role operates autonomously as SME for assigned domains, drives change control, supports CAPA, and coordinates across IT, QA, and manufacturing to enable traceable, paperless laboratory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with eLIMS (LabVantage).
• Strong knowledge of cGMP / GxP requirements and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Master data management and governance in eLIMS (LabVantage) across multiple sites.
• Configure and maintain master data related to releases, stability, RM, PM, and COA.
• Lead change control activities including impact assessments and implementation.
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation across systems (eLIMS, EDMS).
• Support CAPA/NC processes and quality systems compliance.
• Coordinate with QC Operations, QA, IT, and business units to ensure data integrity.
