Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst for the eLIMS CoE in QC Operations to own complex master data configurations and governance within LabVantage. This role requires independence, regulatory awareness, and SME-level knowledge across site-specific processes.

Responsibilities include leading change controls, maintaining inspection-ready documentation, and driving data integrity and cross-site harmonization in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with eLIMS (LabVantage).
• Knowledge of cGMP / GxP requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2; C1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Master data management in eLIMS (LabVantage) across sites.
• Configure and maintain master data related to release, stability, RM, PM, COA.
• Ensure configurations meet data standards and compliance.
• Coordinate master data requests across multiple sites.
• Support Stability Master Data Management and cross-site harmonization.
• Translate complex business requirements into system configurations.
• Apply paperless laboratory process knowledge.
