Qualifications

  • Preferred: experience teaching concepts to others and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Order, prepare, and deliver specimens to the appropriate department or testing facility.
  • Provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support to the department.
  • Answer phones and provide information to nursing staff, physicians, and patients.
  • Dispatch couriers when required.
  • Train and orient new caregivers.
