Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to join the Kubernetes Platform Engineering team. You will own and drive platform capabilities, enabling development teams to deploy and operate workloads at enterprise scale. Your responsibilities will range from managing GitOps pipelines to maintaining observability tools.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in platform engineering with strong expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift. A competitive salary and benefits package will be provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift in production.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver platform features and enhancements.
• Lead onboarding of new teams and workloads onto the platform.
• Maintain and evolve GitOps pipelines and configurations.
• Implement Kyverno policies for security compliance.
• Build observability tooling including Grafana dashboards.
