You will drive enablement and adoption to migrate high‑performing apps to a microservices model, collaborating with development, release, and operations teams to deliver scalable container solutions. The role covers design, implementation, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis, with on-call rotation and production support in a 24/7

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience in Platform Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift in production.
• Experience with container infrastructure design, planning and implementation.
• Familiarity with observability, metrics and logging in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, support and maintain Kubernetes/OpenShift platform infrastructure.
• Assist in planning and implementing container infrastructure solutions.
• Capacity planning, tuning, policy and cost management.
• Provide technical analysis and coordinate with developers, operations, and release engineers.
• Educate and mentor platform consumers and operations staff.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Respond to production operations in a 24/7 environment.
