Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI use cases. You will work on multi-agent memory systems, context design, RAG, semantic chunking, and scalable data fabrics for AI across complex environments.

You will mentor the Knowledge/Data team, collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure colleagues, and drive innovative solutions from design through delivery in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test these architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human designed evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for use of memory architecture across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
