Qualifications

• Excellent leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the needs and requests of guests.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage, and service align with hotel standards.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Develop systems for inventory, receiving, and product cost.
• Create a positive atmosphere to engage and retain staff and guests.
• Attend banquet events and pre-con meetings as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
