Job summary

Lettuce is hiring an Hourly BOH Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations at our Las Vegas location. This role supports opening/closing duties, oversees BOH staff across grills, sautés, ovens and expo, and ensures smooth shift execution with a focus on food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of high volume experience as a Lead Cook
• Ability to work all BOH stations including grill, sauté, oven and expo

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen and BOH teams to ensure smooth daily shifts
• Open and close responsibilities and manage POS/timekeeping access
• Assist with food and supply orders, inventories and schedules
• Ensure food storage, safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with FOH to maintain communication and service quality
• Monitor and control food cost and production timelines
