Gold Key PHR is seeking a Sous Chef for Hunt Room - Cavalier Historic Hotel in Virginia Beach. The role oversees daily kitchen operations, maintains sanitation standards, and leads staff in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and coordinating with banquet and restaurant teams to ensure timely service. The ideal candidate has culinary training, experience in a high-volume kitchen, and a strong focus on food safety and quality.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Oversee meal service during peak dine times.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff; step in during high demand times.
• Supervise daily shift operations and oversee production and preparation of culinary items.
• Open and close kitchen shifts and ensure completion of duties.
• Maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Banquet and Restaurant teams for events.
