Qualifications

• 1 year of Kitchen Manager experience or 3–5 years in service-management.
• Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• State Food Handler's Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef to provide quality food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Direct kitchen staff to meet standards of quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage resources of the kitchen and control costs across operations.
• Mentor and develop leadership within the team.
