Responsibilities

• Control day-to-day culinary operations and staffing levels.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and proper uniform standards.
• Maintain accurate costing and documentation of dishes.
• Conduct inventory procedures and determine stock levels.
• Ensure safe operation and sanitation in line with health department requirements.
• Recruit, interview and hire supervisory and hourly staff; train and mentor.
• Lead by example and resolve staff conflicts.
• Interact with guests to resolve service issues.
