Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced brunch environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a commitment to developing teams, and the ability to maintain high food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, inventory management, and training staff. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred. Great perks and benefits, including health insurance from day one, are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Full availability, including weekends, holidays, and opening shifts.
• Experience with inventory management and food cost awareness.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Back of House operations in a high-volume brunch environment.
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, preparation standards, and food quality.
• Train new team members while supporting ongoing skill development.
• Support both Front of House and Back of House teams.
