Job summary

Maman is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency while guiding the back of house team. You will own daily execution, inventory, compliance with health standards, and support profitability without sacrificing guest experience.

As a natural leader fluent in English and Spanish, you will train and develop staff, drive menu rollouts, and collaborate with regional leadership to maintain a four-walls culture and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Experience leading back-of-house teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of health regulations and sanitation practices.
• Experience with inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality and consistency.
• Train, schedule, and develop BOH staff; lead menu rollouts.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor food costs.
• Ensure health and safety standards and sanitation compliance.
• Maintain timely, accurate timekeeping and staffing coverage.
• Support events and uphold brand standards during service.
