Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill, LLC in Michigan is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead daily back-of-house operations, ensure recipe accuracy, quality and presentation, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will hire and train kitchen staff, enforce safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory and purchasing, and mentor a team in a fast-paced casual dining environment; this full-time role requires 3+ years of management, weekend flexibility, and offers medical, dental, vision and 401k

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining is preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and weekends.
