Job summary

MAP Brewing is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team, ensure the highest quality food production and hygiene, and train staff on new recipes and techniques. Qualifications

• Kitchen management experience is required, with leadership and training responsibilities.
• Serve-Safe Manager and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Candidates must be over 21 years old and able to manage 10+ person teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff scheduling with focus on safety and quality.
• Train all staff on new recipes, cooking techniques, and preparation methods.
• Develop and audit menus, manage inventory, and control food costs.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and guest experience improvements.
