You will oversee kitchen staff, coordinate production, ensure top quality, safety, and sanitation, and assist with special events. Requires 5 years in food service, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate degree and Culinary Arts training.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Minimum 5 years food service experience as a cook or lead cook.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and staff.
• Coordinate production schedules and maintain quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist in food preparation, ensure high quality and timely service.
• Draft kitchen goals, solve problems, and implement cost-saving ideas.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and food handling compliance; train staff.
• Inspect kitchen areas and correct deficiencies.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and storage practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
