Front Porch is seeking a Full-Time, benefited Kitchen Supervisor to manage kitchen operations from Tuesday to Saturday, 6am-2:30pm, in Cupertino, California. You will lead cooks, coordinate production, and ensure meals meet high standards of taste and presentation for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes food safety, staff training, and adherence to health guidelines, with a focus on quality outputs and efficient operations in a senior living environment.

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of kitchen staff.

• Draft kitchen goals, anticipate issues, and implement cost-saving ideas.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and food handling guidelines; train staff.
