Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Chef on the Restaurant team in Atlanta to lead kitchen operations and develop staff. The role combines culinary leadership with hands-on cooking of scratch recipes and weekly specials, while driving profitability and compliance.

You will complete a Manager in Training program, train a diverse kitchen crew, and ensure exceptional customer service and seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-service upscale restaurant management.
• Passion for quality food and exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic accounting skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Food handler’s card where required by local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations.
