You’ll train and develop staff, drive efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures, and ensure the kitchen shines and passes every white-glove standard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service upscale restaurant management experience.
• Strong passion for quality food and exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team in scratch cooking and weekly specials.
• Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals.
