Code Ninjas Harrisburg-Mechanicsburg is seeking a Code Sensei to lead the Juniors program for children aged 5 to 7. You will guide them through fun, self-paced coding activities and help them build confidence as they learn basic coding concepts.

We value enthusiastic, responsible mentors who enjoy working with kids and can commit to at least two shifts per week, including some evenings and weekends. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.

Formación

Who are we?

Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way - by playing and building video games they love. What are we looking for?

We are looking for Code Senseis (Coaches/Teachers) to join our team of dynamic, forward thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.

This position will be focused on our Juniors program for kids from 5 - 7 years old.

Responsibilities include:

• Smile Smile Smile and Talk talk talk to the kids, ask if they need help, bring out your crazy so kids have fun while they learn
• Engage and connect with the kids as they work through the self-paced coding curriculum
• Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
• Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics, parent requests and kid's needs

Requirements:

• Experience working with children 5+
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule:

Work at least two shifts per week between the Center open hours:

Tuesday - Friday 4.00PM - 8.00PM, Saturdays 9.30AM - 1.30PM

Occasionally, additional hours will be requested for various Code Ninjas events that are in the evenings on week days or weekends.
