Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support, coordinate, and lead electrical work for customers in Massachusetts. You will supervise Apprentices, handle HVAC hookups, panel upgrades, and care for safety, documentation, and permits.

Requirements include a valid Journeyman license, at least one year of experience, and solid English communication. The role is hourly, with overtime eligible, and offers comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician License.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Journeyman.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Electrical Apprentices and ensure safety and quality.
• Perform knob & tube assessments with sign-off or quotes.
• Repair and install electrical components, thermostats, and wiring.
• Oversee service and panel upgrades and knob & tube remediation.
• Maintain code compliance and safety standards; obtain permits.
• Complete paperwork and permits related to installations.
