ADP, Inc. is seeking a Job Site Superintendent for a high-end residential fire restoration project in Orange, CA. The role is full-time and on-site five days per week, with a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day construction and restoration of a fire-damaged classic mid-century modern residence, coordinating with an architect, trades, inspections, and the project team to maintain quality and on-schedule completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Job Site Superintendent is required.
• Strong residential construction experience.
• Experience with high-end residential construction, custom homes, major remodels, or fire restoration is strongly preferred.
• Experience reading architectural plans and construction documents.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage schedules.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience coordinating inspections with building departments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify issues early to prevent rework.
• Must be on-site full-time on this project.

Responsibilities

• Be physically present on the project site 5 days per week.
• Manage and oversee daily job-site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and schedules.
• Ensure subcontractors arrive as scheduled and maintain production.
• Verify work aligns with plans, specs, scope, and quality.
• Collaborate with architect, Project Manager, and trades.
• Review plans for conflicts before work is performed.
• Maintain high-quality architectural details and finishes.
• Monitor schedule and prevent delays.
• Prepare for required inspections and finalize work phases.
• Identify issues and communicate them promptly to management.
• Maintain daily progress documentation with photos and notes.
• Keep the site organized, safe, and professional.
• Assist with closeout, punch-list, and final inspections.
• Own the project movement toward the completion deadline.
