Ideal candidates have 5+ years in restoration/construction, plus 3+ years in estimator/project management, with strong communication and travel readiness. On-site work in Southern California is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years restoration/construction experience.
• 3+ years as Estimator or Project Manager.
• Preferred: 2+ years as Project Director.
• Experience in negotiating and managing a sale process.
• Experience in marketing services to generate business.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of cost containment and risk management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business contacts and source new work, achieve sales goals.
• Negotiate contracts and determine client needs within margins.
• Document BD activity in CRM and close opportunities.
• Prepare scopes, estimates, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, invoicing, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with superintendents to ensure quality and progress.
• Travel regionally and nationally as needed.
