Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience preferred.
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience preferred.
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout projects to ensure service.
• Manage and schedule direct report carpenters.
• Oversee subcontractors to meet timelines and quality.
• Ensure material, permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained.
• Ensure timely completion of construction and carpentry projects.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
• Support change order estimating and documentation.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
